Delivering the Competitive Manufacturing Training Package (CM): Corporate Partners, as consultants in Visual Workplace Management & Lean Manufacturing, has established themselves as an accredited Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) to deliver the CM training package. The process that Corporate Partners covers in implementing its Visual Workplace Management (VWM) process has been mapped to the subject units and skill requirements of the CM training package to enable us to access skill levels & accomplishments. This allows companies to implement lean manufacturing processes to their business and also accredit employees with a nationally recognised competitive training accreditation. The CM training package is competency based focused on business outcomes and individual skills attainment. This ensures that the training is tailored to the needs of the business with enhanced skills complementing the business’ key objectives. Corporate Partners uses the Mini Business approach to engage employees in the continuous improvement process where outcomes are measured and displayed in each mini business work area. This visual approach clearly identifies and recognises both teams and individuals for their achievements in business improvement. Companies undertaking the CM training package with Corporate Partners are assured that the training has a positive impact on the business’ bottom line performance. It should be noted that Corporate Partners, in delivering the CM training package, takes a “whole of business” approach and encourages businesses to train all staff and not just those employees that are directly involved in attaining training certification. This approach has proved best if a business is seeking sustainable business improvement and like any program it needs to be supported the senior management team across all functions. Note: Corporate Partners can assist in selecting a New Apprenticeship Centre (NAC) to assist in accessing if employers can qualify for training funding.
